I/We agree as follows:

1. The target savings maturity period is determined by the user during account setup, and choice of package selected.
2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided during registration.
3. Foodstash reserve the right to determine the brand of the product to supply to the subscriber which is dependent on the availability of the product and prevalent Market price of the product.
4. If you request for withdrawal of funds before the Foodstash savings maturity, all interest or benefit earned will be withdrawn, and you will be charged 20% (Ten Percentage) of total amount saved as Service charge for emergency withdrawal.
5. Withdrawal of cash savings might be secured within 72 hours working hours of the 30 days’ timeframe within which to comply with the request for withdrawal.
6. Foodstash are not responsible for any loss of account or unauthorized access to your account.
7. Foodstash reserve the right to update or modify the app's features and functionality from time to time without notice to the subscriber.
8. Any misuse or fraudulent activity on the app will result in immediate termination of subscriber account. Fraudulent use of the App will be reported to the appropriate security agents.
9. Foodstash is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of change in government policies, actions, order of court, and unforeseeable circumstances.
10. Foodstash is release and hold harmless from liability for any loss or reduction of finances deposited with the Foodstash resulting from any future governmental order, taxes, levies, embargo, and/or additional factors beyond the Foodstash's control.
11. Due to inflation and rise in market prices, subscribers are to make up for additional prices OR collect their cash contribution less our commission OR collect the items their savings can buy at the prevalent market price. Foodstash shall be notified of either option on or before the 31^st of May for the 6-month saving period and the 30^th of November for the one-year saving period.
12. All payments must be concluded on or before the 31^st of May for 6 Months saving period and 30^th day of November for the one year saving period. .
13. Subscriber is responsible for the delivery charge on items purchased, and the delivery is subject to the rate chargeable to delivery location.
14. All funds (Principal Amount) to the customer's credit are payable at savings maturity only in the form of groceries/local currencies that may be in circulation and via the same payment method as the initial investment.
